2. The service
Formatly provides browser-based file conversion tools free of charge. Conversion happens locally on your device; we do not receive a copy of your files.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Formatly to process files you do not have the legal right to convert, or in any way that violates applicable law.
4. No warranty
Formatly is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we test each conversion path, we cannot guarantee perfect fidelity for every file, and we recommend keeping a backup of your original files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formatly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss.
6. Advertising
This site may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
